About Us
Who We Are
We show up as real people—genuine, grounded, and compassionate—who are here to:
Listen with openness and curiosity, creating space for your story to unfold without judgment.
Support you in ways that feel meaningful and tailored to your unique needs, challenges, and hopes.
Walk alongside you through the ups and downs, reminding you that you don’t have to navigate life alone.
Therapy with us isn’t about “fixing” you—it’s about offering a safe and steady relationship where you can feel seen, heard, and accepted as you are.
Our goal is for you to leave each session with a little more clarity, compassion for yourself, and confidence that healing is possible.
Who We Support
We support teens (16+), young adults, and adults who are navigating the messy, complicated parts of life—the moments when things feel overwhelming, uncertain, or just too heavy to carry on your own.
Do you feel…
Anxious and caught in constant “what if” thoughts.
Stuck in patterns or decisions that feel impossible to break through.
Disconnected from yourself, your relationships, or the things that used to bring you joy.
Or simply not feeling like yourself, unsure of why or how to get back to a place that feels steadier.
Wherever you are, we’re here to sit with you in the chaos and help untangle it—gently, honestly, and at your pace.
Why We Do The Work
We do this work because we truly care about people—plain and simple. At our core, we believe that everyone deserves a place to feel understood, supported, and valued.
We know what it’s like to feel stuck, overwhelmed, or out of touch with yourself.
That’s why we’ve chosen this path…not just as therapists, but as humans who care deeply about walking alongside others in their hardest moments.
For us, therapy isn’t about having all the answers.
It’s about holding space for your story, helping you make sense of what feels tangled, and reminding you that you don’t have to carry it all on your own.
Life is messy, weird, painful, and sometimes unexpectedly beautiful and we’re here for ALL of it.
Our Story
Rise & Renew Therapy was created here in Ontario out of a very real, very human observation: so many people in the GTA are silently struggling with anxiety, burnout, relationship stress, and self-doubt while still showing up every day like everything is fine.
Before this practice existed, I kept noticing the same pattern — people feeling overwhelmed but disconnected from support that actually felt safe, personal, and real. Therapy can sometimes feel intimidating or overly clinical, and I wanted to build something different in Vaughan and across Ontario: a space that feels grounded, warm, and genuinely human.
Rise & Renew started from that intention — to create a therapy practice where you don’t have to perform, over-explain, or hold it all together. A space where you can come as you are, whether you’re dealing with anxiety that won’t quiet down, burnout from work or school, relationship challenges, or just feeling stuck in your own head.
At its core, this practice is rooted in the belief that healing happens when people feel understood — not rushed, judged, or “fixed.” In my work with clients across Ontario, I’ve seen how powerful it is when someone finally has space to slow down, untangle what they’re carrying, and start rebuilding self-trust.
Rise & Renew Therapy continues to grow from that same place: supporting clients in Vaughan, the GTA, and virtually across Ontario with anxiety therapy, burnout support, relationship counselling, and self-esteem work. The approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and deeply relational — blending evidence-based therapy with real conversation and connection.
This clinic exists because I believe therapy shouldn’t feel like you’re walking into a system — it should feel like walking into a space where you can finally exhale.
And if you’re here, you don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need a place to start.
